Water & Sewer
Water and Sewer are billed quarterly in January, April, July and October. The minimum quarterly bill is $130 for up to 6000 gallons of water. If you consume more than 6000 gallons, it will be billed at $7.89 per thousand for water (eff. 04/01/2025) and $8.57 per thousand for sewer.
