1st Quarter Water and Sewer Bills were mailed out on Friday, January 2, 2026 with a due date of Monday, February 9, 2026.  Penalties will be added and delinquent letters will be mailed on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.  Properties will be posted for non-payment on Friday, February 20, 2026 with an additional $20.00 fee added.  Shut-offs for non-payment will be on Monday, March 2, 2026 with an additional $30.00 fee added.  Prompt payment will avoid additional fees on your water and sewer billing.  You can also sign up on our invoice portal for paperless billing and/or autopay.  This can be accessed by going to our website, www.westgroveborough.org and clicking on the pay your utility bill icon and follow the prompts.  Thank you and Happy New Year!
