DESCRIPTION:TONIGHTS EVENT CANCELLED \n\n\nIMPORTANT UPDATE: National 2024 Night Out Event\n\n\n\n(Avondale Borough) (West Grove Borough)\n\n\n\nDear\, Southern Chester County Community\,\n\n\n\nWe’re deeply sorry to announce that this year’s National Night Out event scheduled for August 6\, 2024 has been cancelled. This decision was incredibly difficult\, but due to National Weather Service in our area there are Severe Thunderstorms forecasted in our area or at the time of the event. Due to the circumstances\, we cannot deliver the experience you deserve. We understand how much this event meant to everyone. The excitement and anticipation were certain and we share your disappointment. Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly. Thank you for your continued support. We’re grateful for a community like ours and look forward to coming together again soon.\n\n\n\nWith sincere apologies\,\n\n\nThe Southern Chester County Regional Police Department\n\n  \nPlease join us on Tuesday\, August 6 for National Night Out.
