This position offers a career growth opportunity for a public manager with 5-7 years’ experience in a medium or large municipality who seeks to make a meaningful impact through systems change and process improvement. The Bureau Chief will work with a team of twelve to improve the permitting system and building codes processes across departments. Familiarity with building codes, planning, and zoning will provide a strong foundation, and building code certifications are not required.
