Willistown Township is hiring a Municipal Services Clerk. The Municipal Services Clerk is a front-line staff member for the Township Administration. Theirs will often be the first face a resident or visitor sees at the Township Building, or the first voice heard on the phone. The Clerk provides service to residents through the processing of building, zoning, and parks permits; responding to general inquiries; connecting visitors to the right personnel; and ensuring that information is readily available. This position also serves as outreach coordinator, creating and distributing Township information via news releases, the Township website, and social media platforms. Property Steward – East Bradford Township (population 10,000), Chester County, PA seeks a motivated individual to fill the new position of Property Steward.  This is a non-exempt position that provides support in the maintenance, monitoring, and management of Township properties, trails, and easements.  The Steward also assists with recreational events and programs. The Township is seeking a candidate with initiative and a spirit for public service.  Candidates should have two years of experience in parks, recreation, stewardship, natural resource management, education, enforcement, or similar fields, a high school diploma or its equivalent, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.  Salary range $21.00-$30.00 per hour with excellent benefits; actual wage to be based on experience/qualifications. Lower Gwynedd Township is seeking to fill the position of Finance Director, responsible for the management of a $13.5 million operating budget and all associated finance functions, including budget preparation, monthly financial reports, audits, pensions, payroll, bank reconciliations and payables, as well as benefit administration. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public or business administration or related field is required – a master’s or CPA is preferred – and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in progressively responsible financial management positions.
